A one-way mirror from iCloud Photos to Google Drive
AlbumFlow keeps a Google Drive copy of the iCloud albums you choose — continuously, in the cloud, without a computer running at home. iCloud is always the source of truth: we read from it and never write to it.

Connect iCloud
Sign in with your Apple ID inside the dashboard. Apple sends the usual two-factor verification code to your iPhone — enter it once, and the session stays valid for about 60 days. We remind you by email before it expires.

Connect Google Drive
One click takes you through Google sign-in. We request Drive file access only — enough to create folders and upload photos, nothing else.

Define a workflow
A workflow maps iCloud albums to a Google Drive folder. Match albums by exact name or wildcard pattern — "Family - *" catches every album starting with "Family - ", including ones you create next year.

The mirror runs on schedule
On every run we list your album contents and compare them against Drive — without downloading anything. Only new or changed files transfer, so a library that has not changed costs seconds, not hours.

Files stream straight through
New photos and videos download from iCloud and upload to Drive in a streaming pipeline. Nothing accumulates on our servers — files are removed the moment they are uploaded.

Deletions respect safety limits
If you enable mirrored deletions, files removed from an album are removed from Drive too. Safety ratios block a run if it would delete an unusually large share of your files — protection against iCloud glitches.
Why one-way sync matters
Two-way sync tools have to decide who wins when both sides change — and when they decide wrong, photos disappear. A one-way mirror has no such ambiguity: your iCloud library is untouched, and your Google Drive copy simply follows it. That is what makes it safe to leave running for years.
